Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable products based on their preferences and experience levels
- Educate customers on product effects, proper usage, and safety guidelines to promote responsible consumption
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight featured products and promotions effectively
- Handle heavy lifting of product boxes and supplies safely while adhering to organizational safety standards
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication skills in English and French (bilingual preferred)
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items to enhance their experience
- Keep detailed records of sales, inventory levels,



and filing documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment using computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Excel

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment with a focus on health or wellness products
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are highly valued for serving diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when managing stock or supplies
- Demonstrated organizational skills for merchandising, filing, and maintaining product displays
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel to support administrative tasks
