We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your expertise in various treatments, along with your ability to communicate effectively with guests, will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including nail care, and foot care, waxing.
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their appointments.
- Sanitate all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques in skincare and beauty.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience in guest services within the beauty or wellness industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage clients in retail sales conversations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- A passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients achieve their desired results.
