What You’ll Be Doing

As a Walking Tour Guide, you will:

- Welcome guests and create a great first impression




- Lead engaging walking tours throughout Saint John
- Safely guide groups between landmarks and tour stops
- Share entertaining stories, local history and interesting facts
- Answer guest questions and provide local recommendations
- Assist with tour logistics when required
- Keep tours organized, punctual and on schedule
- Communicate with our Operations and Guest Services teams
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from beginning to end

This is a walking tour position. No driving or personal vehicle is required.

Who We’re Looking For

- Have strong communication, storytelling and public-speaking skills
- Are comfortable speaking to groups of guests
- Are comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods
- Are friendly, outgoing and confident
- Are dependable and punctual
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Are comfortable working independently
- Are available to work weekends, holidays and during peak tourism and cruise seasons

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, education, acting, public speaking or storytelling is an asset—but a great personality,



reliability and willingness to learn matter most.

- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 CAD per hour, plus tips
