Part-Time Stock Associate — MintInk

Location: 8555 Jane Street Unit 5 & 6, Vaughan ON.
Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $18 - $19 per hour

About the Role

MintInk is looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Part-Time Stock Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working behind the scenes, and helping ensure the store is stocked and ready for customers. You will assist with product replenishment, customer pickup orders, inventory organization, receiving merchandise, and other general store tasks.

What You’ll Do

· Replenish products and merchandise throughout the sales floor.

· Receive, organize, label, and put away incoming inventory.

· Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and inventory areas.

· Assist with organizing and maintaining customer pickup orders.

· Help monitor outstanding pickup orders and ensure they are stored correctly.

· Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks.

· Prepare merchandise for new releases, promotions, and events.

· Support merchandising changes and product display updates.

· Assist with incoming deliveries and outgoing store transfers.

· Help identify low-stock products and inventory discrepancies.

· Maintain organized and secure storage of higher-value merchandise.

· Assist the retail team with general operational and store tasks as required.

· Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

· Comfortable using basic computer and retail systems.

· Previous retail, stock, inventory, merchandising, or warehouse experience is an asset.

· Knowledge or interest in sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Gundam, and other trading card games or collectibles is an asset but not required.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.

· Ability to bend, reach, and use a step ladder when required and lift boxes up to 25kg regularly.

· Ability to safely lift and move boxes and merchandise weighing approximately 30–40 lbs.

Availability

This position will typically be scheduled for approximately 20–30 hours per week. Availability for evenings, weekends, product releases, promotions, and other high-volume periods may be required.

Compensation

$18 - $19 per hour

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
