The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, polished, and passionate Server to join our Front of House team. As a Server at Cask Whisky Vault, you will guide guests through our extensive menu, recommend the perfect spirit and food pairings, and ensure a flawless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized guest experience in a premium lounge setting.
- Demonstrate strong, articulate menu knowledge, particularly regarding our extensive portfolio of scotch whiskies (including profiles like Ardbeg, Bowmore, Dalmore, and Macallan) and classic cigar lounge pairings.
- Accurately and efficiently process orders, modifications, and payments using the Silverware POS system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Front of House management, bartenders, and the culinary team to maintain smooth floor operations.
- Anticipate guest needs, make tailored recommendations, and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain the pristine cleanliness, organization,



and sophisticated ambiance of the dining and lounge areas.

Qualifications

- Previous serving experience in a fine dining, premium lounge, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of spirits, specifically a strong understanding of premium whiskies, craft cocktails, and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with the Silverware POS system is a strong asset.
- Valid Serving It Right (SIR) certification is strictly required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a high standard for personal presentation.
