Duties
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the retail space is inviting and well-stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly, especially during product demos or technical sales interactions.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency (English required) to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical concepts with clarity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and upselling techniques is a plus.

Pay: $18.15-$25.00 per hour
