We are currently seeking a Door-to-Door Fiber Optic Internet Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned neighborhoods in west grey and surrounding areas to engage with homeowners.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of fiber optic internet and its potential to transform their online experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the advantages of the fiber optic infrastructure, such as faster internet speeds, increased reliability, and future-proof technology.
- Actively listen to homeowners' concerns and objections, addressing them empathetically and offering suitable solutions.
- Utilize persuasive techniques and negotiation skills to gain homeowners' consent for the installation of fiber optic internet at no cost to them.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, consent obtained, and any additional information required.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from consent to the installation process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence homeowners positively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with fiber optic internet technology and its benefits is a plus.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow company guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Available for a minimum of 25 hours a week.
- Available between 8am - 8pm weekdays, 9:30am - 8pm weekends on the days that you are available.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
