Our digital platform supports online prescription management, pharmacist chat, integrated delivery, digital workflows and other tools that allow our pharmacy team to spend more time focused on patients.
Mednow is also part of a broader healthcare platform connecting pharmacy and medical care. More than 50 physicians actively provide care through the Mednow platform, both virtually and through in-home visits. We operate a pharmacy in Vancouver and work with pharmacy partners across Canada.

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
What You'll Do
- Assisting pharmacists with dispensing and packaging medication accurately and efficiently
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Processing and billing prescriptions
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Following all safety and regulatory guidelines
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and computer systems
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug names
- Ability to work well in a team workplace
- Will be required to work on weekends on a rotating schedule
- Experience with Kroll is strongly preferred.
