Duties

- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing art-based activities tailored to early childhood development
- Support children during creative projects, encouraging self-expression and fine motor skill development
- Prepare art supplies, materials, and classroom setups for daily activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes confidence and enthusiasm for learning
- Engage children in interactive storytelling, singing, and movement activities to complement art lessons
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met




- Collaborate with team members to assess children's progress and adapt activities accordingly

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Strong background or interest in art, drawing, or creative expression
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and classroom management techniques
- Ability to tutor or teach basic art skills to young learners with patience and clarity
- Experience with cooking or related activities is a plus for integrating sensory play into lessons
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage children, parents, and team members
- Prior classroom experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is essential

Pay: $25,982.39-$123,316.23 per year
