Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and related millwork with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise will help transform spaces by delivering high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial settings, utilizing your carpentry and woodworking skills to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and millwork components.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery when applicable.
- Measure spaces precisely to ensure proper fitment of cabinetry and related fixtures.
- Perform drywall installation, painting, caulking, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding, roofing, and other construction tasks as needed to support project completion.
- Handle heavy lifting safely while transporting materials and finished products on-site.
- Conduct concrete forming and masonry work when required for structural support or aesthetic features.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.




- Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material requirements for projects.
- Support restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing cabinetry or structures as directed.

Experience

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinetry installation within residential or commercial construction environments.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise fabrication and installation.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and construction equipment such as scaffolding or lifts.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, painting techniques including construction painting, caulking methods, flooring installation (including tile), siding application, roofing basics, plumbing connections, electrical work experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods while maintaining accuracy in measurements and cuts.
- Experience with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and material procurement is advantageous.
- Previous handyman experience or versatility across multiple trades enhances adaptability on diverse projects.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
