Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Retail Assistant Manager to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach. Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing team
- Oversee daily store operations including sales management, cash handling, and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales potential and ensure attractive product displays
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with company values
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting to support operational efficiency

Requirements





- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or store management roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, merchandising, pricing, and sales management
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative processes
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of retail operations including cashiering, customer service standards, phone etiquette, and store policies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
