Position Details

- Location: Leamington, ON
- Starting Wage: $18.00/hour
- Employment: Full-Time | 40+ hours per week
- Shifts: Days, Afternoons & Midnights
- Rotation: Shifts rotate every 2 weeks
- Overtime: Available during busy periods
- Must have: Full availability for all 3 shifts
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required – facility not accessible by public transit

What You’ll Be Doing

- Perform various general labour and production duties throughout the facility
- Work in multiple areas of the production floor including assembly, packaging, and material handling
- Move materials, parts, and finished products using carts, bins, and hand tools
- Monitor production lines for quality and make sure standards are met
- Keep workstations and production areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and use required PPE
- Report equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards to your supervisor
- Complete basic production documentation and follow work instructions
- Assist in other areas as needed to support daily production goals
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attendance, punctuality,



and dependability
- Must be available to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Full availability to rotate between Day, Afternoon, and Midnight shifts every 2 weeks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive manufacturing environment
- Able to stand and remain physically active for full 8-12 hour shifts
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Basic English communication skills to understand training and safety requirements
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation required

Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, or production is an asset but not required
