Pemho Pub is looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bar Manager to oversee our Friday and Saturday evening operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong bartending experience, good organizational skills, and some previous management or supervisory experience. This is a hands-on position combining bartending with responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the bar.

- Friday and Saturday evenings
- Must be available to work both Friday and Saturday on a regular basis
Responsibilities
- Bartend during Friday and Saturday evening shifts
- Oversee bar operations and ensure smooth, professional service
- Organize and coordinate pub events, entertainment, and special nights
- Place liquor, beer, and other bar supply orders
- Maintain proper inventory levels and perform inventory control
- Monitor product usage, shortages, and waste
- Recruit, interview, and hire bar staff when required
- Train and supervise bartenders and other bar employees
- Prepare staff schedules as required
- Ensure the bar is properly stocked and ready for service
- Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor regulations
- Assist with improving bar sales, events, and overall guest experience
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and making operational decisions
- Reliable and able to work Friday and Saturday evenings
- Experience with liquor ordering and inventory management is an asset
- Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with customers and staff
About the Role
This position is well suited to an experienced bartender who is ready to take on additional responsibility and help develop Pemho Pub's weekend bar and entertainment operations.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
