Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hair care solutions.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring a positive experience from greeting to checkout.
- Promote and upsell retail hair care products and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training sessions.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and create a welcoming environment.
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain services and product recommendations.
- Proven ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs.
- Experience managing front desk operations such as appointment scheduling and payment processing.
