Medical Receptionist/ Medical Lab Technician

- Greeting Patients- Registering
- Preparing exam room
- Experience using PSS EMR system
- Answering phone- fax -email
- Referring Patients to specialist
- Following physician instructions
- Multitasking efficiently and effectively
- Evening and weekend shifts
- Prefer a LAB TECHNICIAN:
- Ordering Vaccine - preparing injections
- Phlebotomy- wounds dressing, urine testing

Job Duties:

- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Answering and routing phone calls

Work Remotely

- No- MUST BE LIVING WITHIN 5-10KM MAX FROM CLINIC

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Medical Receptionist: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OSMT (required)
