Beeline Transportation Ltd. is seeking reliable and compassionate Patient Transfer Attendants/Drivers for our Kitchener/Hamilton location. In this role, you are responsible for the safe and professional transport of patients via stretcher or wheelchair to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, or private residences.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely transport patients using stretcher or wheelchair in a professional and caring manner

Ensure clients’ comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

Deliver outstanding customer service

Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients and healthcare staff

Operate transport vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years

Valid G Class Driver’s Licence (Ontario)

Clean driving record

Clear background check





Availability for day and night shifts, including weekends (floating schedule)

Ability to lift and transfer up to 250 lbs with proper technique and assistance

Comfortable with 12-hour shifts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
