Duties

- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other building infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist with installation of new fixtures, appliances, and equipment as required.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future planning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades when necessary.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and others while working.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Robust attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report issues clearly.
- Valid driver’s license is required as well as access to reliable vehicle.
- Access to various cordless/hand tools for repairs and maintenance
