SBS Mission is to deliver innovative logistics and freight management solutions so as to become most preferred transportation partner for our valuable customers. This position covers various aspects of Transportation Regional Linehaul and City Dispatching including communicating with drivers, customers, and custom officials, as well as reporting to General Manager. This is a full-time position with steady year-round work. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with our dispatch team to coordinate and plan freight
- Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers.
- Track and Trace Shipments
- Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
- Handling driver related satellite messages or calls
- Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn current software.
- Do a yard check, ensure freight is not missed and trucks are on schedule
- Other related duties as may be required.





Skills and Qualifications

- Exceptional communication, organization and job planning skills
- Knowledge of both Department and Ministry of Transportation (DOT, MOT) rules and regulations preferred
- Superior customer service
- Attention to detail is a must
- Understanding of the transportation industry and its regulations
- Must be able to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player committed to maintaining desired service levels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
