The Operations & Logistics Lead is accountable for logistical and operational functions of the Moose Jaw Norheim Equipment Co location. Providing thorough and efficient completion of operational and logistical tasks is a key driver for support at Norheim Equipment Co. Day to day responsibilities include maintaining the organization and operation of the site, assisting with product logistics including shipping and receiving whole-goods, assist with recent and pre-owned equipment preparation, assisting with shipping and receiving of parts, and maintain general shop safety and cleanliness at the location.
Position reports to: Logistics Manager
Major responsibilities:
General
- Work with the Logistics Manager for operational and logistical efficiency of the site.
- Ensure that the site is well organized, clean, and accessible at all times.
- Maintain site and shop organization and cleanliness
- Assist with new and pre-owned equipment preparation
- Assist with shipping and receiving of whole-goods.
- Assemble and complete product deliveries to customers where necessary.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of parts when necessary.
- Assist Norheim Ranching employees with logistical support as required.
- Attend product, safety or development training as required.
- All duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong background in yard organization
- Strong background in delivery and receiving
- 1 A license is not required but is a benefit
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and materials management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
