We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with confidence and care.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare and upload detailed and accurate estimates for repairs, including parts and labor.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining the repair process and answering questions.




- Collaborate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are captured in estimates.
- Stay current with industry standards, repair techniques, and digital estimating platforms.
- Recommend additional services that benefit the customer or vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in estimating, sales, service advisor or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a people-first approach.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to handle multiple estimates.
- Tech-friendly and excited to learn new systems and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
