Your mission:

- Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls)




- Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers
- Clearly document results and content of calls
- Uphold client workplans and GCQ Canada’s Code of ethics

Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bilingualism French required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
