Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable checkout process
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and transaction recording
- Provide product demos and explain features to customers, especially in technology or retail sales settings
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while maintaining accuracy in transactions

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as merchandising, cash handling, and product demos simultaneously
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction calculations
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations for effective checkout processes
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service
