Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Server, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will set the tone for a memorable morning experience for our guests. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving breakfast dishes, and ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.

Hours will be 630AM-930AM Daily.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to create an inviting breakfast experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve breakfast dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of food presentation and safety, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities using OpenTable or direct engagement
- Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and assist with kitchen duties like food prep or bussing to support smooth restaurant operations
- Manage cash handling accurately, process payments, and provide correct change while adhering to cashiering procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, adhere to sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations throughout your shift





Experience

- Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales tracking
- Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles demonstrates strong guest relations skills and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling is essential for maintaining operational standards
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy breakfast hours ensures prompt service and guest satisfaction
