Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards
- Manage retail math tasks such as balancing cash drawers, handling cash registers,



and reconciling sales at the end of shifts
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management by stocking new products and assisting with stock counts in the grocery or general store environment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members, fostering a positive store atmosphere
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items, encouraging sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist in supervising team members when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service standards

Requirements
