ICAN Education is looking for qualified and enthusiastic English and French teachers to support students from JK to Grade 12.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario curriculum
- Ability to teach English or French from elementary to high-school levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with children in a tutoring, classroom, or educational setting
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt lessons to each student’s learning level
- Patient, reliable, organized, and encouraging
- Able to assess student needs, prepare lessons, and provide progress feedback
- Teaching certification or an education-related degree is preferred but not required
- Must be available during our operating hours
