We are a B2B voice infrastructure agency providing 24/7 automated telephone dispatch lines for local home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing). Our systems pick up on Ring 1, qualify emergency callouts, book appointments directly into contractor dispatch software, and patch urgent calls to on-call technicians.

We are seeking a motivated, independent B2B Appointment Setter / Lead Scout to identify local trade contractors and schedule short, 10-minute software demonstrations for our founding team.

Role Overview:

This is a purely outbound, front-end appointment-setting position. You are responsible for identifying target businesses and scheduling qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit local contractor listings (HVAC, plumbing, roofing) on Google Maps to identify businesses losing after-hours or emergency calls.
- Initiate short, diagnostic outreach via digital messaging or phone to business owners.




- Introduce our 24/7 voice dispatch solution and route interested owners to our 10-minute demo calendar.
- Track scheduled meetings and confirmed attendee details inside our lightweight Notion pipeline.

Qualifications:

- Qualified communication skills (verbal communication skills).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
