The Role
As a Recent Home Sales Consultant, you’ll help clients find the right home and guide them through the buying process from their first visit to possession.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and connect with potential homebuyers
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Present floorplans, pricing, features, and communities
- Help clients with purchase agreements and paperwork
- Host and maintain show homes
- Follow up with leads and manage client communication
- Provide an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- Sales, real estate, or customer service experience is an asset
- Available to work weekends and show-home hours
- Passionate about helping people find their new home
