Job Title: Sales Representative

We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join our agile team, driving sales through door-to-door outreach and client consultations while building a rewarding career with a company that values integrity and results.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach to introduce OneWash services and schedule appointments
- Build community relationships during visits to establish trust and represent OneWash’s commitment to quality service
- Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers or brochures, to educate homeowners about OneWash’s services
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns
- Visit client homes to assess service needs and prepare accurate estimates
- Present service proposals to clients and address their questions
- Maintain sales records and report progress to the sales manager

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer skills; CRM software experience is a plus




- No prior sales experience required; training provided

Compensation:

- Base pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour
- Commission based on sales performance
- Total expected earnings: $30.00-$50.00/hour
