Manager Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits - Hybrid
Mississauga - $130,000.00 to 140,000.00 + Full Benefits
Our client, a leader in their industry is looking for a Manager of Total Rewards who will be responsible for developing, integrating and overseeing Compensation, Benefits, Retirement programs the overall organization’s total rewards programs, including health and welfare programs and other total rewards programs. Key Responsibilities
- Total Rewards Strategy: Support the development and execution of the Total Rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits frameworks.
- Compensation: Manage salary structures, job leveling, incentive programs, merit increases, and job evaluations. Analyze market data and internal pay equity to ensure competitive and fair practices.
- Benefits & Well-Being: Oversee extended health and dental programs and work with brokers, insurers, and vendors to optimize value and employee experience.
- Retirement Programs: Manage DB, DC, GRRSP, and DPSP programs, ensuring accurate administration and regulatory compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure programs comply with applicable legislation, including Pay Equity and Employment Equity requirements. Manage government filings, audits, and emerging risks in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
- Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Team Members, establish priorities, and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on compensation,
benefits, pay equity, and total rewards matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field an asset.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Perks, or a related discipline, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization.
- CCP or CEBS designation is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, retirement programs, pay equity, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Licence/Certification:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) (preferred)
