ROLE DESCRIPTION

The role is part of BI&A; for M+C and is overseen by the Reporting and Data Management lead. The role entails building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems and dashboards that support key business decisions.

The role requires:

- Technical conceptualization, design, build out and optimization of Data & Analytics reports

- Ingest automation development and implementation of all data sources

- ETL package creation using various sources e.g. Files, Databases etc., Data conversion etc.

- Data Modeling, Visualization, Admin- Workspace/Apps/RLS/Gateway refreshes

- Scripting- Database views, Tables, Stored Procedures, Functions

- Disaster recovery including maintenance of automated DB backups

- Oversight for server security audits

- Guiding a team of technical resources

- Knowledge transfer and upskilling technical resources

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or college program in computer science or a related field

- 5-8 years of programming experience in complex environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Solution Design, Data Modeling, Database Design, and Data Lake Integration.

- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development, database administration, monitoring, and optimization.
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL Server (SSMS), SSIS, Azure, ASP.NET, GCP (BigQuery),



and Salesforce.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale data and reporting solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Thrives in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
- Strong team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
