Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Countertops & Cabinets Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of countertops and cabinetry in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties

- Measure, cut, and fabricate countertops and cabinets according to project specifications and blueprints
- Install countertops, cabinets, fixtures, and related components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation procedures
- Perform construction site inspections to verify measurements, alignment, and quality standards
- Apply caulking, trim carpentry, plastering, or other finishing techniques to achieve seamless results
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors,



and clients to ensure timely completion of installations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on cabinetry or countertop installation
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, drywall finishing, and related trades is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in rapid-paced environments
