Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate to join our growing team at Garrison Law. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with 1-3 years of experience in real estate law who is eager to work on a diverse range of legal matters, primarily focusing on residential real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with residential real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and conducting due diligence.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on various real estate-related matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to address client needs in both residential and corporate/commercial matters.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on residential real estate preferred.
- Experience with corporate or commercial matters is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
