Synergy Complete Athletics is a performance and rehab facility built around one idea: recovery and training belong under the same roof. We're expanding and looking for a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, and Registered Massage Therapist who want to build a practice inside a real fitness setting, not a quiet clinic hallway.

You'll work with athletes, active moms, and everyday clients who want to move better, lift more, and stay out of pain. Our floor is open-concept by design, so treatment happens next to training. Private treatment rooms are part of our next phase of buildout.

What you'll do

- Assess and treat clients with a movement-first lens. Identify the pattern, not just the sore spot
- Build treatment plans that raise exercise capacity and get people back to training, not just out of pain
- Work alongside coaches and trainers so rehab and programming actually talk to each other
- Grow into teaching fitness classes, personal training, and small or large group coaching if that interests you

What we're looking for

- Registration (or eligibility) with your governing college in Ontario: CPO, CCO, or CMTO
- Comfort and confidence in a gym setting. You should be able to coach a squat, not just cue a stretch
- Strong hands-on and assessment skills, especially for athletic movement patterns
- Genuine interest in strength, conditioning, and long-term client progress
- New graduates are welcome.
