We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our agile hospitality team! As a vital part of our restaurant, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered promptly. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items, enhancing the guest experience and increasing sales.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and deliver excellent guest services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation protocols.




- Assist in food preparation and sanitation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and uphold food safety standards.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to engage guests effectively.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
