Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Residential/Commercial Plumber to join our team! Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, modify, or repair plumbing components
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks or blockages and troubleshoot effectively
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and construction teams to ensure seamless project completion
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted

Qualifications

- Proven experience in plumbing within residential or commercial construction environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, and blueprint reading is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions consistently

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
