We are seeking a Refrigeration and/or HVAC Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various appliances, both domestic and commercial. Ensuring that they are restored to optimal working condition. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. We at Mayland Appliance Repair have a focus on delivering not only exceptional customer service, but also upholding an open and honest relationship with our clients.

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and more.
- Identify the root cause of appliance malfunctions and develop effective repair solutions.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, heating elements, control panels, valves, belts, and electrical wiring.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and ensure appliance efficiency.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in appliance technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and answering questions regarding appliance operation and maintenance.

Requirements:





- Proven experience as a Refrigeration and/or HVAC Technician
- Robust technical knowledge of various household and commercial appliances and their repair processes.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand tools.
- Familiarity with appliance brands, models, and their specific repair requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and will need to clear a drivers abstract
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy appliances when necessary.
- Certification in appliance repair or relevant vocational training is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
