Job Summary

We are looking for a cook and cleaning duo for a rotational position located in Nunavut. Flights and accommodations included. Cook will be responsible to cook two meals a day for a crew of 30-40 people. Cleaner will be responsible to clean multiple staffing units. Ideal for a domestic couple.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals with experience in east coast cooking
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to staff
- Handle food with care, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in food presentation and portioning to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining spaces, and food storage areas through regular cleaning routines
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping of living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Laundry - wash, iron,



fold and properly store linens and fabrics

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to serve staff with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties effectively
