Job Overview

We are seeking full-time and part time Registered Nurses (RN) who are energetic, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse settings. In this vital role, you will coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing services, ensuring safety, comfort, and health outcomes for our clients. Your expertise will support our mission to promote independence and improve quality of life through compassionate, professional care.

Duties

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Administer medications accurately and safely, including injections and IV therapies
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical observations,



and update medical records
- Provide wound care, pain management, and assist with mobility or activities of daily living as needed
- Support pediatrics, seniors with dementia or assisted living needs, and those requiring home care

Qualifications

- Valid RN license in valuable standing
- Proven hospital or acute care experience with a focus on patient-centered nursing practices
- Experience working with pediatrics, seniors, or individuals with dementia or chronic conditions
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Experience with tube feeds
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with family, office and other members of healthcare teams
