Assignment: Overnight Temporary Support
Schedule:

- Sunday, September 13: 11:30 PM – 4:30 AM (approximately 5 hours)
- Monday, September 14: 11:30 PM – 4:30 AM (approximately 5 hours)

Overview

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Temporary Operations Staff to provide overnight support.

Staff will assist with directing visitors, providing information and directions, monitoring designated parking/access points, and checking credentials as required. This is a hands-on customer service role requiring individuals who are professional, alert, approachable, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

The ideal candidates will be dependable, comfortable working overnight, and able to communicate clearly with customers, personnel, and other members of the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct individuals to appropriate entrances, exits, parking areas, and other designated locations.
- Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow around designated areas.
- Monitor parking gates and access points as assigned.
- Check employee or visitor credentials and follow established access procedures.
- Provide transparent instructions and assistance
- Answer basic questions and direct individuals to the appropriate department or resource when required.
- Remain alert and attentive while monitoring assigned areas throughout the overnight shift.
- Communicate any concerns,



incidents, or unusual activity promptly to the site supervisor.
- Follow all safety, security, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.
- Perform other general customer service or operational support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous customer service, hospitality, security, parking, retail, or general operations experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures carefully.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors or in varying temperatures, as assignments may involve parking/access areas.
- Must be comfortable working overnight hours.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Must be dependable and punctual, as this is a time-sensitive operation.

Assignment Requirements

- Each shift is approximately 5 hours: 11:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Duties may include customer service, directions, parking assistance, credential checking, and general operational support.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
