The Role: Sales Consultant (Elite Closer)

Your mission is to engage, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with construction business owners who are ready to scale.
You’ll take qualified inbound leads (no cold prospecting) through TPB’s proven sales process, mastering discovery, presenting solutions, and closing deals with precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Lead Engagement: Connect with pre-qualified builders via Zoom/phone, understand their needs,



and guide them through the decision process.
- Sales Process Mastery: Use TPB’s frameworks to deliver compelling presentations and close high-ticket memberships.
- Pipeline Management: Track all activities and KPIs within the CRM to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and appointment setters to maintain a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue and closing targets.
- Maintain a high appointment-to-close ratio (50%+).
- Deliver a world-class client experience that reflects TPB’s brand and values.
