Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in, welding, and fabrication processes, contributing to the assembly and maintenance of Stainless steel equipment and structures. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision, safety, and technical expertise are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment such as welding tools (MIG and TIG).
- Perform welding operations including MIG, TIG, and general welding to assemble components according to specifications.
- Measure dimensions accurately using calipers, tape measures, and other precision instruments to ensure quality standards.
- Assist with machining tasks involving cutting, shaping, or modifying metal parts.
- Follow safety protocols related to welding, crane operation, plasma cutting, and general manufacturing practices.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

- Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments with hands-on knowledge of rigging, blueprint reading, welding (MIG/TIG), machining, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings for precise fabrication work.
- Experience operating cranes, forklifts, press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other industrial equipment preferred.
- Ability to read calipers and use hand tools effectively.
- Prior work involving schematics interpretation and basic math calculations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to welding, and power tool usage. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in manufacturing who are committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe working workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
