Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in restaurant management and team leadership. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols, including proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting.





Experience

- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient operation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
