What You’ll Be Doing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining trucks and trailers to ensure our equipment is kept clean, sanitary, and ready for use. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and isn't afraid of a physical, hands-on job
- Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard and wash bay area.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading equipment.
- Operate forklift and other construction equipment.
- Follow all health and safety policies.
- Assist with fueling or moving equipment as needed.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
- Valid Class G/5 driver’s license required, with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points). You’ll be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Forklift license or experience operating forklifts and/or other construction equipment is a definite asset.
- Must be comfortable with working outdoors year-round.
- Available and willing to work overtime when required.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or previous experience operating equipment is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.
- Comfortable with computers/technology (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.)

Experience:
- Transloading-railcar to tank truck: 1 year (preferred)
- Pneumatic pump: 1 year (preferred)
- Shunt truck/tractor, lift truck &/or farm tractor: 1 year (preferred)
- Fall Arrest certification: 1 year (preferred)
