We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Service Crew members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious bowls, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble bowls according to company recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to guarantee a clean and safe environment.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders, payments, and cash handling with attention to detail.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, prep stations, dining space, and equipment in compliance with sanitation standards.




- Support upselling efforts by suggesting add-ons or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver a positive dining experience for every guest.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for productive order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively without compromising quality or service speed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with effective communication skills.
- Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus; willingness to learn is essential for success.
