Responsibilities

- Prepare residential window and door openings by measuring, framing, and ensuring proper fit according to schematics and blueprints
- Use hand tools and power tools to install or modify framing, drywall, and other structural components
- Apply caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques to ensure energy efficiency and durability of installations
- Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
- Assist with restoration tasks such as drywall repair, painting touch-ups, or minor plumbing adjustments as needed




- Support flooring installation and tile laying processes to complement window and door setups
- Maintain a clean work area, follow safety protocols, and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after each project

Experience

- Proven experience with construction projects, particularly in carpentry, framing, or general renovation work
- Familiarity with hand tools, drywall installation, caulking techniques, and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of schematics related to window and door systems for accurate installation
- Basic understanding of plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration processes is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Strong attention to detail combined with physical stamina for demanding hands-on tasks
