Job Description

To be eligible for Pomerleau’s internship program, you must meet the following criteria:

- Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
- Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
- Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.

Join Pomerleau as an AI Product Analyst Intern and help create the conditions for successful AI product deployments by bridging business needs and technical delivery. Based in Montréal, this is a 4-, 8-, or 12-month internship reporting to the Team Lead – AI Products.

What you will do

- Translate business problems into clear technical requirements — and frame technical challenges and trade-offs in business terms.
- Create the conditions for successful AI product deployments across stakeholder groups.
- Manage timelines and competing priorities, keeping projects on track.
- Build transparent PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses,



and documentation to support decision-making.

This role could be for you if you have

- Any educational background is welcome.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for translating between business and technical audiences.
- Strong organization and project-management skills — you juggle competing priorities without letting things slip.
- A relentless focus on value: you make trade-offs and prioritize what matters rather than building for the sake of building.
- Interest in AI and value creation with AI is a nice-to-have.
