OnCall Nursing Services is looking for a LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, including providing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a strong commitment to providing quality care.

We are looking for a full time LPN to cover the following rotations:

Line 1: Long-Term-Care Home in Vancouver - Kitsilano - 1500-2300 to This is a month to month contract.

THIS LINE IS A ROTATION, SET DATES MUST BE WORKED BASED ON THE SCHEDULE PROVIDED. THIS IS NOT A CASUAL POSITION.

Both contracts will can be extended for the right nurse.

There is no accommodation or travel covered for this position, you must be able to commute to the site, located in Vancouver.

Please only apply for the position if you have a BCCNM license and reside in the lower mainland/Fraser Valley area. REGISTERED NURSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS ROTATION, ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE AN LPN.

Only BCCNM applicants will be accepted. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BCCNM LICENSE. NO OUT OF PROVINCE NURSES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The rate for this position is $40-$45 per hour.

Must have a BCCNM License.

Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care and education.




- Assess patient health conditions and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family.
- Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Required to be Charge Nurse and oversee a team of HCAs & LPNs.

Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license with BCCNM.
Must have valid CPR certificate.
Must have up to date immunizations and COVID immunization x2.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
