Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members for their team. We have a Bilingual (French/English) Contact Center Agent (Remote/Bring Your Own Device) role on the team.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Work Type: Remote - Ontario | Quebec

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM -5:00 PM

Training Schedule: 3 days | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Duration: 3 and 6-month contract (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer calls professionally.
- Respond to caller’s inquiries.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
- Navigate multiple computer applications relative to the position.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations over the phone while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Adhere to the assigned schedule and call flow.

Qualifications:





- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fully Bilingual in English and French, and able to read, write and communicate in both languages.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to operate basic functions of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Exchange, etc.…).
