Food & Beverage Server – Part-Time

EB’s Dining & Estevan Bowl | Estevan, SK

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Food & Beverage Server to join our team at EB’s Dining and Estevan Bowl. This is a part-time position primarily consisting of evening and weekend shifts.

This is a wide-ranging serving position that includes working in our dining room, lounge, and bowling centre. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a busy, social environment and providing great service to guests of all ages.

Responsibilities include:

- Serving food and beverages in EB’s Dining, our lounge, and the bowling centre
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient table service
- Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Operating the POS system and handling cash/debit/credit transactions
- Checking on guests and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Keeping dining, lounge, and bowling service areas clean and organized
- Assisting with bowling parties, groups, and special events
- Restocking beverages, supplies,



and service areas
- Completing opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a team during busy evenings and weekends
- Other general serving and cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

- Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable dealing with the public
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous serving or food-service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
