Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our organization’s human resources team. This pivotal role involves managing a broad spectrum of HR functions to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of human resources management practices, HRIS systems, and talent acquisition strategies. They will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and streamlining HR processes through effective project management and change management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Manage HRIS platforms such as Avanti Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, or UltiPro to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top candidates
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Support payroll processing activities by collaborating with payroll providers such as Avanti, ADP or Kronos to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR policies, system implementations, or organizational restructuring
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on employee development and compliance requirements




- Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies through regular audits and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving human resources management and process improvements

Experience

- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources management or as an HR Generalist within a fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise in utilizing HRIS platforms such as Avanti, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft
- Strong understanding of payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro
- Experience with talent acquisition tools like Lever or iCIMS for sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Demonstrated ability to manage change management initiatives effectively within organizational settings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across global teams
- Prior experience with project management methodologies to coordinate multiple HR projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment law compliance standards relevant to various jurisdictions
- Administrative experience involving data entry, record keeping, and reporting accuracy
